Refunds, Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations


If you have any concerns about an error with your order, please contact us by using the support email helpgloden@gmail.com with your full name and order confirmation number.


We DO NOT accept returns after the fact due to sanitary purposes, however please reach out to us before ASAP so we can best accommodate your order.


We DO NOT do refunds once your order has entered the shipping process, there is no request to cancel after that.



Shipping 


When an order has been placed it will need 1-3 days for processing.


All items are processed within 1 to 3 business days and ships within 1 to 5 business days (MON-FRI).


We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items during the shipping process, after we ship your order it is now in the hands of the post office delivering to you.

 

Damage and Issues


GLODEN COSMETICS is not responsible nor liable for any allergic reactions or skin conditions caused by our products, we list all ingredients in each product description.


We are not responsible for any damages that occur during the shipping process, we ensure to package all orders carefully to arrive in mint condition.


In cases where your package is damaged, provided with proof please email us at helpgloden@gmail.com, we will do our best to resolve the issue with care.
